An Educational Outreach Initiative by Trust93 Foundation

Bridge the Gap Initiative
At Trust93 Foundation, we believe that true education goes beyond textbooks. It’s about equipping children with the confidence, skills, and exposure they need to succeed in real life.
Bridge the Gap is our flagship outreach program that aims to supplement academic education with essential life competencies—from spoken English to digital literacy and career awareness. Designed specifically for students of government-run schools in Kerala, this initiative fills a long-standing gap between classroom learning and real-world readiness.
Why ‘Bridge the Gap’ Matters
While Kerala’s government schools are known for their inclusivity and discipline, many students, especially from underserved backgrounds, lack access to:
✅ Spoken English and communication fluency
✅ Basic digital skills
✅ Career exposure and life planning
✅ 21st-century soft skills like confidence, collaboration, and problem-solving
Bridge the Gap is built to address these very challenges head-on.

Launching With Communicative English
Our first program under this initiative is “An Introduction to Communicative English”—designed to help students speak, present, and express themselves confidently in English. It builds upon our successful online pilot during the COVID-19 lockdown, which was lauded by both students and parents for its impact.
Now, we’re taking it offline and in-person—beginning with Cholappurathu U.P. School, Paroppady, Calicut, covering students from Classes IV to VII. With this format, we can:
-
Offer personalized mentoring
-
Ensure interactive learning
-
Create safe spaces for expression

What’s Next?
This is just the beginning. Over time, “Bridge the Gap” will evolve to include:
-
Digital literacy workshops
-
Career awareness modules
-
Holistic skill-building camps
Together, we’re shaping future-ready students, one school at a time.
